What if something here is wrong?
Send the property name and the specific error to [email protected]. We verify every report and update the page when it stands up.
Do you cover properties outside this region?
This edition covers South Africa's resort provinces only. A property is listed once our editors have completed a full assessment against all six criteria.
Is a lower score a bad hotel?
A score is a weighted comparison within this region, not a verdict. An 8.5 property may suit your trip better than a 9.4 one, depending on what you need.
Can I book through this site?
No. We are an editorial publication. Enquiry forms on this site are relayed to the property's own reservations desk, and any contract you enter is with the hotel, not with Vandolira.
